library living

well this morning i got up at 4 AM and didn't get out of the famed southern district of ny courthouse until about 4:45 pm. that's actually pretty good for them. despite lacking sleep and pretty darn hungry as i type this i came to the library just to get the iphone 2.0 software update. that and i need to go get something off itunes so the usair miles don't expire and then i can redeem them into a trip to chicaego.

i am glad to see that the off duty nypd detective that shot a guy who fired shots at him and was about to hurt some other people got exonerated despite being slightly intoxicated. that is why even if i drank, i wouldn't do so while armed. question will always be there.

and seriously, is citigroup going bankrupt?

and since who knows the next time i''ll post a picture of what i ate, here's half the gigantic sandwich from parisis. it's on a napkin because the four layers of paper it was wrapped in were soaked through with oil.
