what i thought about

how did i fail to mention except in a comment that i've ate at McDonald's three consecutive days (lunch, dinner, breakfast) and i've even had the classics like the big mac and the egg mcmuffin. now i normally don't give money to panhandlers, but this morning i actually bought one such individual a sausage biscuit meal with a coke. i volunteered it unsolicited, not sure why, nor if it was a good idea in retrospect.

i think i was feeling nice because i was about to do some community service work pulling up weeds in prospect park. if there's any hope of me becoming a decent recreational 5k runner again, it'll be because of prospect park, the three mile oasis of grass in the concrete jungle of NY. my diet probably needs some help too. did i mention that after the pulling weeds i went to a bbq where i had a hamburger and a ball park.
