i'm still alive

just nothing to blog about recently. the weather is beautiful out here today, mid 70s and sunny. yeah, i should be back outside and not sitting here blogging. i'm watching the mets on tv again currently, one advantage of them playing the nationals all the time. i really should've gone to one of the games this weekend.

what else, i've got my contact lenses in right now. it took me 40 minutes to put the first one in this past thursday. i'm down to about 10-15 minutes to get them in and out at this point. people keep telling me that you'll get used to it. it is very nice though to be able to go a run on a sunny day like this with a nice pair of lightweight sunglasses.

speaking of sun, i'll be headed to Ft Lauderdale tomorrow afternoon for the first part of this week on some work business. my next goal is to get some work business out in chicago during reunion weekend.
