updates

since the guy who thinks he's still in college and doesn't need sleep and i are the only ones who seem to blog on a semi-regular basis, i'll keep my half going.

i have thankfully not caught the bird flu or whatever it is my roommate has. he's getting better slowly but surely though, but i'm not out of the woods yet, always contagious the flu is. my tooth is getting quite a bit better, off all the meds. i've even gone running twice. it's amazing how fast you lose your ability to run, as it's been hard both times. doesn't help that it causes my missing tooth to throb a bit which is uncomfortable. it's a lovely 70 some degrees here this week though, that's a blessing.

i recently bought edy's slow churned yogurt blend which has just become my new favorite ice cream. after having a few bites of the choc fudge brownie, i went out the following day and bought another carton of the raspberry swirl thing. it's very creamy like fatty ice cream with the health benefits of yogurt. not cheap if not on sale though.
