busy but not
this has been one of those days where i feel like i've had a ton to do and not enough time and yet i actually haven't done all that much. i think it started because since wednesday i've been leaving home at about 6:45am and not making it home till 9:30 pm at the earliest. and none of it's been work-related busyness, in fact work has been very not busy. anyways, today all i did was the last saturday food distro in alexandria, go to the library, do laundry, clean house, run, and now i'm watching georgetown (go dc teams!) and thinking about paying bills. now that i typed that, i guess it was a bit of stuff, especially since the last sat food distro was massively understaffed and took an hour longer than usual with much more work for each person to do. the point is i'm pretty tired.
this has been quite a rambling post so far but i'm still not stopping. our fantasy league starts tomorrow (along with the mets season), and i'm actually more into it than i thought i would be after not playing fantasy baseball for the past 4 years. baseball has always been my favorite sport, and i'm all into it again.
oh, and the birds in the dryer. they are persistent and tough. they easily defeated my first attempt to stop them (see pic in previous post), then they easily defeated my second and third attempts as well. my fourth attempt though was very well done and it's so far held longer than the others. i even witnessed the bird jumping on it trying to dislodge it this morning, fluttering its wings and wailing loudly. it woke me up actually. i do feel some sympathy for the poor bird, but i really can't have birds living in my dryer vent.
ok, i'm done now.

In addition to being a blog, i've decided to turn this into a personal webpage. I've realized that
this template they give me makes it super easy to create personal webpages and what not and I will take full advantage.
