the giant failure

despite the fact that the giants have lost 6 or their last 7 games to close out the season, according to this morning's NY Times, the giants still pretty much control their own destiny. if they beat the pathetic redskins on saturday, they are more or less in barring really really unfortunate luck with their strength of schedule. then again, i don't even count beating the redskins as a given anymore the way big blue is playing recently. no one in the nfc wants to make a move except the eagles apparently.

i'm not all aboard this bears bandwagon yet, i think rexy is too unpredictable and now they've introduced a "QB controversy" in week 16 with Griese. that all kind of rhymes. i think i'm going to go be a J-E-T-S, Jets fan and then start rooting for Jeff Garcia just because he's not Donovan and he actually wins.
