not quite the same

That is my odometer reading from earlier tonight. Last week i realized that i was within 250 miles of 083180 (it's a significant date) and during the drive home i constantly thought about it in anticipation of taking a photograph for this blog. last night i knew it would happen today, but unfortunately when i remembered i had already gone 40 miles over. oh well, i should celebrate the car hiting 83219 miles in itself.

This picture was taken after our excellent thanksgiving potluck at the office on tuesday. i made the stuffing in the tupperware on the left side, by the big chocolate cake there. Stove Top instant stuffing is great and incredibly easy to make i found out. the other things on the menu were ham, turkey, corn, rolls, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, brownies, and three pies. needless to say i've been eating a lot of leftover pie this week as you see there were two pies we didn't even open on tuesday. too much food.
