the a's aren't doing us any favors, but at least through two innings, mr. chris cy young carpenter ain't doing that well either. hopefully the kid maine hold's up for 4-5 innings and then we'll turn it over to the bullpen.

and yes, it was 70s and beautiful last weekend in chicago. i heard it snowed yesterday. go figure.
