part deux

while continuing to live the Miller High Life, i went out and bought some designer pants for the wardrobe over this weekend (big clearance i might add). it then hit me that i'm a lowly civil servant with a tiny paycheck and will never have the occasion to wear such clothes as you folks in the high fashion and power world of finance and consulting and whatever it is you all do. Anyways, if some of you heavy hitters want to bid up my auction (i have three of them, two for the crappy laptop) on ebay, feel free. although if you're patient, i'll come down on price if it doesn't sell this time. the competition is starting there auctions significantly higher in my opinion.

edit: blogger is going nuts, my post on part one (the fancy steak) seems to have vanished. now a title like part deux just makes me look crazy.

edit2: Wow, the Gates foundation is going to be huge. good for buffet though. all those poor grad students, medical researchers, and what not start celebrating!
