way to go USA, you just made some Disney executives very unhappy. Maybe they should put Freddy Adu on the team, he's from Ghana, that old can't beat them join them adage. i'm helping someone move on saturday, the heat index better not be 100+ like it is today. i'm way too tan as-is and don't really need anymore sun. this week i've started running before 9am to minimize the heat. nothing like getting to work, settling in for an hour or so and then going to the gym for an hour and a half to break up the day. for unknown reasons i still haven't installed the AC unit, remember i don't pay for electricity, i'm trying to tough it out but i'm not sure why. all i know is that i slept terrible last night.
