the new hotmail

well, i agreed to let them convert my hotmail account to the new beta version. it's not bad, MSFT has basically turned hotmail into web-based outlook. it even comes complete with calendar and what not. the best part is that MSFT has finally added a search function so you can search your e-mail. It also has implemented the auto-complete e-mail address function. This new hotmail gives you the same functionality of outlook and i think will be popular among lots of folks. my biggest problem with it thus far is that it's too slow, i've been spoiled by gmail. the gmail conversation way of grouping e-mails is still cool, although i swear it causes me to miss some e-mails by not highlighting them as new.
