Easter

one of the few days that had the mets lost (after losing 9-2 last night), i wouldn't be too upset. of course, they broke that losing streak and won, so all the better. i guess it would be unreasonable to assume they will win at a .800 pace all season. Atlanta, the nemesis, is up next. we'll see how different the mets truly are this year.

Well, I managed to get myself a free easter breakfast, followed by an easter lupper. true, i was out of the house from 7.30am (sunrise service) to 5.30pm on a sunday which means i didn't accomplish any of the misc sunday things i normally do, but no big deal, life isn't that busy. The lupper was excellent, full of ham and lamb and potatoes (but no yam, although that would have made for a nice rhyme).

i really can't believe google didn't do a graphic logo for Easter. the religious right i'm sure is gearing up for a boycott a la the Christmas boycotts against the retailers.
