bleh

well this is a promised post, unfortunately i've been sneezing, nose has been running, probably have a slight temperature and rather than sleeping all day, yesterday i still went on my run with the chicago-esque 20mph wind and then spent all night out watching the games. maybe i should just suck it up now and pop that aleve, which i've avoided doing thus far on the wisdom that you should let nature take its course, but it'll at least relieve some of the symptoms for my church stuff and bears game tonight. plus, i don't think i want to be associated with the Tom Cruise school of medicine.

oh yeah, and the steelers are currently rocking, i hope they win it all now that the giants and pats are out. we have tons of pittsburgh fans in dc for whatever reason.
