on Christmas cards

so i've started receiving a couple of cards already, so i guess it's time i start getting mine out. before any of you get offended, let me start by saying no one who reads this blog will be receiving one this year. i've decided to make my cards strictly for people i've met through the years but don't keep in any sort of regular contact with and i can use the christmas card to give the once a year update of my life - think highlights of this blog.

i've never really been the type who just writes a name on the card and signs my name at the bottom. if i'm going to go out and get cards and stamps i figure i should go through the effort of writing something substantial and personalized on the card, made more difficult by the fact that i generally write small. If any of you are really offended, please let me know and i will send you a card, but it will just be a signed name. Also, it is likely to be the same exact card i used last year, hopefully no one remembers or notices who gets it again. to be fair, they were very nice cards, department store quality even.
