Chef Boyarejay

Ok, i didn't quite create alphabet soup, but today i did branch out from the usual staples of chicken, beef, or cheese for dinner. For the first time ever, i made myself some egg salad. Part of the problem was i had 8 eggs to use by next week, so i threw 5 into a pot, got some boiling egg tips from folks at work (who knew it was so easy), and made myself a quality egg salad with miracle whip (target had no mayo in small sizes). It was quite tasty. of course i had a microwaved scrambled egg as part of my lunch so that was about 4 eggs today (3 of the boiled eggs went into the egg salad, the other 2 for some other day). I will be testing that idea that the heart stopping blood cholesterol levels are not overly influenced by dietary cholesterol. I did only eat 2.5 of the 4 egg yolks, so that probably kept me under that 1000mg of cholesterol today mark.

we got ripped off by the apprentice on thursday, in the tv guide they had two new episodes (the shania fragrance, and a microsoft promo) however, only shania to which lucky rebecca won a meeting with. My family thought that beck reminded them a lot of sandra bullock. never thought of it before, but i see the resemblance.

i made it to CC on black friday by 10.30 am and there wasn't much of anything left. guess i should've tried the office superstores like el toro where there seemed to be plenty. ended up just buying some clothes at regular prices, nothing special on black friday except for a free snow globe at the mall. speaking of snow globes, those giant, inflatable ones seem to be all the rage around here.
