still here

it's been a while, but i was in Chicago for a few days, then busy when i got back that i didn't even turn on my computer at home till today. i suppose i could blog at work also, but there are so many other things i can be doing on g time. well, i sit here and wonder like the rest of us what's going to happen with hurricane Rita. i sure hope it spares new orleans. our church is sending 40 duffel bags of clothes, toiletries, etc.. down to new orleans to a PCA ministry called desirestreet.org. I thought this was some little organization (the PCA is a little denomination), but in looking through the site i saw that someone named Danny Wuerffell is involved with it, and i was like THAT Danny Wuerffell? further research shows me it is indeed one and the same. Danny W from Florida. more later, got to catch up on other things here on my home computer, like paying the bills and figuring out how much cash i spent in chicago.
