Greatest Grocery Day - Ever

As many of you know, i'm proud of how much money i save at Safeway/Dominicks. To the point where i keep receipts from banner shopping trips so i can look at my "Total Savings Value" both in percent and dollars. (obviously high percent, low dollars isn't a big deal, but to get both high, that's when you're cruising).

Today my receipt says (wish i had a scanner): Total Savings Value 59% $32.32

This was thanks in large part to good sales (buy one, get one), doubling coupons, and 2 great one time coupons that got me an additional $6+ off.

ah, such simple things bring great joy. It's 51 degrees outside, so i think i will go for a run now, and then wash the car (no, i didn't end up doing it yesterday).
