This little town of mine

If you notice the time, you'll realize it's relatively early for an entry. The reason is that the Federal Government is under an early dimissal due to the snow. To give you an idea about how much snow there is currently at 3:45 PM, let me say if i wanted to shovel all the snow off the entire blocks sidewalk and the street it would take me about 3 minutes. there is virtually no accumulation as snow is melting on contact (and barely falling currently), yet your tax dollars are going to waste because this town panics at the site of white stuff falling from the sky.
